Modding a PC is very similar to tuning up a car, and it is also very similar to being better person: At first you must change the interior. Then, the exterior.

You are taking it too serious.

BWHAHAHA.

I mean, a computer with a spoiler? If you hear idea's, you shouldn't go looking if they really do it.

here's my pc....i dremelled the top for the fan, as well as the side window fan. i added the glow IDE rounded cables and cleaned up the cables a lot to make it look it good. also painted the top and added lastly the fan controller...as you can see it's a bleu theme.

modded pcs

Post by StreekG »

my pc is nothing special... its a 1.3Ghz Celeron (currently overcloked to 1352mhz for some reason, i find it funny actually) running a Geforce 4 MX 440 128mb which i picked up early last year for 90 dollars (AUS)
at the moment im working on overclocking the bastard... but the fan isn't spinning so im gonna fix that first...
i don't have any pics but then again, you wouldn't want to see mine... its got the standard optima case on it... lol with a bitchy restart button... need a pen to press it...
when i can be bothered i'll upgrade to a faster celeron... if i had a good job and money i'd get a p4... but i really can't be bothered getting a whole new motherboard just to get a p4.. thats why i hate my celeron... stupid thing...
But for now the computer is serving me alright... but i need more RAM, only got 256 SD....
its runs nfsu pretty well also... but i have it on my gamecube too... and i have a ps2 so i dont use this much for games

I don't care about a open side... because my case is already cool(ermaster :P)

here is a pic from the whole comp.
Image
and one at night with the blue neon on:
Image

when I bought it I had rounded coolermaster cables bought with it.
the case is full alloy.

I'm still planning of buying the Coolermaster wavemaster case when I upgrade my PC... again... cause I want the new X800 XT videocard :D

@ximo: man the cooler on top dont give any sence.... air flow must be from rear to end. i see there is some coolers in rear panel but i cant see any in front, and do somthing with wires.... in your case coolers dont cool at all because there is no airflow at all or if it is its wery small... do something. if you wuld look thro my case window you wuld see only one rounded cabell

He has shape in the front, so it's probably difficult.

The best way is probably that you have 2 fans.. One for blowing in and one for sucking out.
