how to turn off the cops/catch up in the career mode?!

is there any possibility to turn it off using a trainer or patch?!
it ruins the fun of the game when i drive freely and comes a cop who bothers always :S

it is always about the fun with the cops, but i really some times need to be alone driving with normal traffic :S

to make a lot of bountey yo must go to bus stop and go above the buses and you will have cops they will see you but they cant catch you but some times the cops can go to you and if you dont run they will busted you keep your eyes behind you and trust me it works
