custom vinyls error with width

Hey, I'm new here and I'm try to make my own custom vinyls and i finish it with my photoshop CS5, I have download the Nvidia DDS plugin like they used in video tutorial in INTERNET, and when i try to import it with NFSTEXD and an error come out and it says "Invalid width for texture: 1.dds Importing texture width is 256 pixels, but expected width is 512 pixels."
Is anyone can help me with this? please
