Grez, you were the first here whom I recognized as a decent character and definately enjoyed your sharp comments on many issues. Back before Xmas last year, eh?

I won't miss you, cuz I won't be here myself much longer, but for sure your knowledge on many CAR topics made me hang around here and I've learned a lot from you. For that, thanks a lot m8!

Now it's done. Moving on.

Wow..Summ..youre a great talker...and I cant believe all the older members here felt so strong on this issue of leaving..i dont really care..a forum is just a forum...but still..when the older members that made this place leave,seems like all the newbies will takeover ....but whatever...it seems like its time for ppl to go on and get a life(not that as a bad way) and do something rather than posting on a forum. I dont think ill be really important on this forum becasue i wasnt very well known here but i know that all you guys are..so with my farewell...i say peace!

But still...These guys have been here a long time...for who knows how many years...and they do have lives..i know im starting to fall out of the deal of visiting every so often..I come here..but usually just to check around...idk..i dont think its the fact that ppl want to leave ,but more of them getting bored or tired of the same routine, same ppl to deal with, or just running out of things to discuss...idk..all i do know is tho..i may not be staying around too long as well..not that its a big deal or anything..just that it has gotten old..i think the Incomplet Sentence Game and Person Above You thread sparked some fun..but like all things,it got old (or got locked

) So i think ill swing around a few times when UG2 comes out but till then..i dont plan on seeing the old faces as much as we used to.

Lol..I understand that you love this site..but sooner or later..your gonna come to the point where you got your life in one hand and this forum in another.and sooner or later you will make a descision..wether its to keep on pushing up your post count

or just trying to keep ahead to that lucky 1000 soon you will realize what is important...Man..i think this is goin into a chain reaction..all these ppl wanting to leave...'oh..you know what i think ill leave to'..'or man,its been so long here'..

In the days of the "old" crew with GRez, GT, Urq, summ the atmosfere was completely difirent!

we didn't run out of discussions but we got tired of the same old stuff... the kindergarden ricer comments... always the same questions...

when is UG2 commin out... can anyone make me a vinyl...

it isn't the NFS forum but the UG2 forum.... one guy even got the GUTS to ask me If I could make a new (or change the name of the NFS general topic) into underground....

I say common this is for NFS... in general... I'm a hardcore NFS player...

I did not get tired of being with the same persons... I was fun and we shared Ideas of all kind... GT and grez where for me the 2 reasons why I got so addicted to this site...even though I never knew them...

Next year I'm going to the UK to see some car show(s) and meet GRez, jut for the fun of it....

but I will stay here, as long as I feel I got something usefull to do!
like locking topics and removing em and banning people...

Well i am also a hardcore person in the old NFS games...i dont enjoy playing UG and dont care so much for the Sellout EA has become...I still sit down and enjoy NFS 3,5,6 and sometimes 4 but what NFS has become is not what it once was of its glory days..NFS unlimited is revealling the true ashes of its days of NFS, and when that day comes...I probably wont be here.....and for you..Stigman..youll have locked as many topics as yuor posts and will still be enjoying it...

I'd like to add a little something.

With new users coming in everyday the board has become pretty much a nuthouse. That's why we started really modding the board and notifying users about their rule breaking: doubleposting, posting in wrong topics, spamming, signature and avatar sizes and who knows what else.

Then an old user comes by and demands special treatment and even threatens with leaving if he doesn't get what he wants. What do you want the mods to do in such case? Let him have what he wants and risk the new users going crazy? We all know what happened when I changed my username - suddenly I kept getting requests for changing usernames.

My point is that rules of the board apply to everyone - even us admins. If one user wants to be special he automatically makes others want what he has. And we simply don't want a nuthouse here.

It's an ocean in motion ... either ride the wave, or topple over, gather your board and search for a new wave in another ocean. That's life, not just here but in general too.

I know GT and I where POST whoring all over the board... but we did it in style... and almost always on topic.... OK we started on topic...
but there wasn't much useless posting going on... (mostly cause of the fact that NFS Und was already out in stores

but it was fun!

most really don't care if someoen leaves... really crocodile tears...

but when I started it was fun... a kind of online friendship... loads of fun...

That's why I followed grez also to a other board...

but I do miss GT... the Auzzie HUMOR

GT hasn't left for good guys. He dropped by the chat a while ago, and said he would be leaving again for 4-6 weeks because of work. I wasn't here when you guys where rocking this place, but I've gotten addicted to this place too. There is no other site on the web that I visit more often than NFSUnlimited, and I've got a feeling I'll stick around for a long time (unless I get banned or something).

I don't like seeing people disappear, but there's nothing I can do about it (even tho it seems Summ is back in action

). I can't force people into staying if they don't want to, but if it's someone I "know", I give it a try... But I gotta admit, if I haven't become a regular in the IRC chat, I'd probably be gone a long time ago...

Naaah, Morty, don't count me in just yet. This place is still too infested with black man wannabes and children for my liking. You have my msn, so you and I can just talk whenever we want to, but leave me out of this mess! I dropped by to see fi anyone had news about Juiced and if the general opinion had changed about the game, but it still feels like I am one of the few adults in a first grade class.
GT WAS a jolly good fella, no kidding. I miss him too. Tryed msn with him, but he simply dropped it, so there isn't much to work on on my front. I might send him a mail or something ... ask how he's doing.
Btw, I remember the days you described Stiggy. I came in as they were ending, but I had almost a month feeling that way and really enjoying the place. Oh well. Life goes on.

i actually thought about leaving once cause when i came to this site, there were no comps. but i decided to stay and be patient and so i did and now i took my first ever 1st place in Manufacturer Challenge. Im really happy and waiting for more

i really didnt think i would of ever stayed with this site but i did, GT was the one person who really turned out as a really nice guy to me at the start, and then there was Stig! he was always the one who would joke around, and then say, I WAS ONLY KIDDING, just after i would get upset at him. i have NO clue why i would get soooo frusterated when he would joke around, lol, now im just ammuned to it!
