Yep it is german.
"Der" is the masculine article. In English for both masculine and femenine it is used "THE".
And "the band" is already in English... isnt it?

C'mon.. Make it easier for the makers.

Make the picture smaller by yourself. Details: What name on it, what style, color etc.
