In this one, the green car looks to be a 97-01 Honda Prelude and it has, by the way, red headlight glow in front of it.

And in this pic, the orange car looks like a Toyota Solara but that is just my speculation, and it also appears to have green and yellow neon

I think the orange car is a RSX, but I blew up the pic with the green one and comared it with the skyline and it doesn't quite match. For those of you that have Microsoft office or photoshop, zoom in on the tail section of that car and compare to the back end of this prelude.

I edited the pic so it is brighter and I see no indication of the masked tailights found on the skyline, here's a pic of the masked tailights on the Skyline...

Now here's the same pic as before but edited so you can definitely see the difference because the skyline doesn't have corner turn signals on the tailights

I will tell you what I see in this last pic:
They are shown some cars. The principal one is a Mitsubishi 3000GT which is with lights ON, and we see the light in the road so clearly. No matter if it is daylight.... Car lights are cool! (lol)
This awesome drawed car is using NOS (maybe the driver is crazy because he is going to crash that traffic car) but whatever... we can see the reflections in the road which is cool. Roads are now mirrors but we can't see the reflection of the flame
Finally I see a lot of stars in the sidewalks
