i saw these 2 cars on the street 2day, however the green one ive seen before, but i like the white one alot more

First thing that came to my mind - those owners have very little money to do anything decent to their cars, so what you see is probably all used parts and so on...
BMW M badge on front - not sure if it's styling only *I never remember seeing an M badge on front tbh*.
M tech isn't only doing motor, but many other parts, including interior design of a car, and a bodykit. All BMW today come with a model that's called sport or something like that - it carries the M-badge...
I'm not too good on Beemers, but Grez's idea is right - there has to be some distinction between M3 and a 3 Series with M tuning on styling. yet, the M-badge on a non M tech car doesn't mean its owner put it there on purpose.

their were like a million old cars that had huge rims like that. It was unbeliveable
I wanted to take a pic of where there was some kind of an old convertible with black gangstas in it (maybe 5). I really wanted to but i didnt want to get killed cause at the same time they were looking at us while driving
But that car was hilarious
