well I'm used to loads of rain and cold weather... but I think (almost certainly know) that Grez is heading for Scotland... and it can be damn cold and damn wet there.... and being wet for a day aint bad... but going on a hike for miles (days) in the rain IS!

but I feel grez is capable for these challenges 8)

and it pays well eh grez... :D

lol thanks for wishing me luck mate. My training will take place (for the most part) in the Welsh valleys, namely the Brecon Beacons. But there will also be a stint in Norway...now that will be cold

Geez, I hope it's worth it Grez . . .

Getting frozen to death, then running around with a gun and getting shot at . . .

I hope it works out well for you.

Oh I'd love to!! I'd always wanted to visit Melbourne & Sydney. And I want to meet Guy Sebastian (in case you people don't know who he is, he's the Australian Idol ) ! He as an amazing voice!! Image

You should also visit Singapore too! It's a rainy season, but mostly it rains in the wee hours of the morning. In the afternoon, it'll get pretty sunny, and the normal tempreature usually ranges from 27 - 34 Degrees Celcius. Image

Guy Sebastian?!

Are you serious? I hate that guy (He is a guy, right? . . . coz he sings like a girl)

I think everyone in Australia hates that guy.

Anyway, I have been to Singapore before, and it was bloody hot. Nice place though.

I have also been to Enlgland (5 times), Japan (3 times), France, Spain, Bali, and . . . that's about it.

I love frequent flyer points. :D

Oh, I love him! His voice soothes you! His songs are not often in the airwaves in Singapore though, not sure why... Pretty pissed! Image

You should go there during ski season. They have awesome snow.

And be warned . . . accomodation is super expensive (and extremely crammed). I am lucky because I have relatives there.

But Japan is cool! And by the way Grez, you might want to check out some after-markets for your beloved Supra, Japan stuffs are the best!! Even street-racing was originated in Japan, so it might be a good trip for you! :D

Afterall, all good things comes from Japan! Image

well wales is pretty rainy also... hehe... well most of the UK is... :P

and yeah Norway is the standard training ground for marines... the Royal Netherlands marines go there aswell... IMO I rather have snow and cold then RAIN..you can dress fairly well against snow and sub zero temperatures.. but RAIN... :?
I think you will have fun... atleast after awhile it can be fun... if you work well as a team etc...

I told my borther about it and He told me Wales is the most popular place to start training marines... the Dutch marines are also having their first training there... (my brother was in the Navy for a while... and we got a naval familie... hehe)

He said the wales training has really one purpose... training moral. to see if you got what it takes
they don't have to do much... the weather will take car of a most good moods...
aslong as you got what it takes.. it will be fine... and I expect you got that

Stig's brother was with the marines for a while, but nooooo. Stig-san himself didn't want to and gave driving lessons.

Good luck Grez, so what's gonna happen with the Supra? I know leaving a car for 7.5 month's isn't the best thing you can do with a car.

yeah missed that part...

well I could have added some parts for you also (not myself but the garage... hehe...

but well good luck I guess....

and PSZeta, my brother wasn't a Marine... he was in the NAVY.... something realy difirent... and well he was not the only one my dad is still in the Navy, but not sailing anymore he recruits people.... (gives information on school etc).
I planned on going to the Navy, but why I quit is a long story.... did Naval Academy... bla bla bla long story as I said... so I ended up in a Toyota Showroom and became salesadviser... and later on this....
