Other street racing games.
I know when u think of the upcoming street racing games, u think of nfsu2, SRS, Midnight Club 3 & Juiced, BUT many didnt know about san andreas!!!!! you can modify all the cars: body kits, exhaust, spoilers, rims, and NOS!!!!!!!!
More info later
Don't be stupid, think before you post. This is General Discussion for NEED FOR SPEED. Other games is not NEED FOR SPEED. Since your talking about GTA:SA, then this goes in the GTA topic section. Just a quick lesson please take notes. -Sp3aK

Well, appearently they're adding tuning to GTA:SA as well (even nitrous). But modding the rims are kinda old, but it's never been official before. Modding San Andreas will be possible, but I think a good mod requires lots of work (since you need two different models for day and night).
About downloading the game, that's warez talk, and that's not allowed in here. The game won't be out for PC until spring 2005 anyway, so there isn't much to download yet.

There was actually releaved some more news on the tuning part a couple of days ago. We already knew there would be added nitrous for the cars (not for free tho), and that it would give a blur effect (idea probably stolen from NFSU). The other tuning parts will not make the cars go faster, that's only for nitrous, but I guess they will make cars more steady, and stuff like that.
However, if R* still use the same system for handling, then it will be easy to increase top speeds (with or without NOS)![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
