I can't remember if the RX7 one is actually from the RX7 since the rotary sound covers up a lot of the turbo blows so it's tricky to record. Then again, turbo sound change on how you tune it, how you mount it etc, so a certain car can have a very different sounding turbo or supercharger. Therefor, turbos are grouped by style and size. Overall we recorded a whole bunch of turbo's, supercharges and spools under various pressures, and noticed that a lot of them sound very similar unless you screw them up a bit (tune them for over-pressure or under-pressure etc.). Yep, it results in less power, but a better sound
