need for speed 3 and 4 where the best ever IMO.
If u play them now it is nothing special, but then it was great!

Making roadblocks and spikestrips in multiplayer mode under the covert bridges

that was great!

I would so like to agree that Gran Turismo was the better game, mainly because it contains the cars I actually like (instead of all the Asian s*** that we are forced to use in NFSUx). And there is so much choice of motor, it's unbelievable. They even included the Toyota Yaris, for f's sake.

HOWEVER, it will also always be cr*p compared to NFSUx for one very good reason - they won't release it on PC. I don't own a PlayStation and never will. So it will always be NFSU for me. The PC is, IMHO, the best gaming platform of all.

Come on guys - release GT4 (or whatever the latest incarnation is - last one I played was GT3 on my mate's PS2) for the PC - I'll buy it and I'm sure many millions of other PC owners would too.

gran turismo 4 will be the best hands down, gt3 was really hype ONLY PROBLEM unlocking stuff takes too much time and too much effort at times.

some licence tests take 50 tries to get, just too long. when you have EVERYTHING unlocked though the game makes nfsu just beans to it. gt4 will have heavily enhanced rally, new replay modes, even a bit more suping up making it a very diverse game.

i chose other..

gt4 is going to own...despite the no online play..650 cars..no game can compete with that.

but my favorite racing game is Initial D its fun, addicting..and fun watching all the ricer games like SRS and NFSU 2 stealing the Downhill drift style gameplay from Initial D and Kaido Battle

but NFSU is pretty fun too..no.2 will probably get #2 racer of the year behind GT4.. IMO..im definately getting nfsu2 when it comes out it will be awesome online

If Gran Turismo Can Add Options Like Bodykits, Vinyls, Paint jobs, And Different Rim Sizes??? It Would Be "The Best Game Racing Game Ever" Hands Down... Oh Yea A Drifting Option Too.. Like Initial D Drifting, Take It Back To The Hills Like In Japan. But Gran Turismo Got Boring After A While And I Live And Breathe Cars... I Loved It And I Play It.. On Occasion... NFSU? Motor City Online in my opinion. Just from the total community and gameplay experience. Buy, sell, auction cars, parts, everything. Car clubs local hangouts where you could see the top 4 racers cars parked. It was close to the whole package for me.

NFS series is mainly arcade and street racing, so they cant be compared, whereas GT series is a racing sim and is track racing, they are very different from one another. i would prefer NFS for a street racer game and GT for a more serious racing sim.
