SRChallenge V2

I'm happy to announce the beta of SRChallengeV2 is online.

When viewing a car you'll find a button "Challenge to a duel" in the My Stuff box.
Just follow the simple steps to get started.

Please report everything that you feel is out of the ordinary to me.

Once again I must say that this is still in testing mode, so don't expect everything to work as it should ;)

sadly there is nothing that reminds you who won....

I did a challenge against SPARCO (both Audi TT) but missed the complete challenge... wasn't On in the 24h it was running...

so now I have NO clue...

would be fun to see a amouth of Challenge wins on the page of your car....

like a star rating :D:D

get my Idea?? Bojan

That challenge you and sparco had a few days ago shouldn't have happened since the system wasn't even made then ;) It was a simple bug that made sparco see the challenge button.

Yes about the reminder, I'm aware of that. I don't think sending out another email would be too appropriate, or am I wrong.

I like this stars idea ;)

i'm quite new to the site, so i want to ask. who votes the challenge? i've sent out 3 challenges so far. will i be able to see other challenges of other users?

and why don't you add it to the home page? this way more people will see it and will enter. and isn't it a good idea to remove the "challenge to a duel" button on the users own cars :)

Duels are now running, but there is a problem. When I click IN THE DUEL NAME, I get this:

Edited: It works by clicking in the pics LOL (stupid me I didnt realize)

I just checked out the Showroom Challenge V2 section and I like it a lot. The whole layout looks like a boxing or wrestling match thing.

"And in this corner...Uuuurquattroooo!"
It's great. I need to submit a car just to challenge someone.

Damn you Sparco and UrQuattro, did you have to make it so difficult?
I had a hard time deciding which I liked the most :D

TheStig did a fairly easy one though...

Anybody noticed any other bugs in the system?

Oh and maybe there's an idea not to allow duels between suvs and other cars.
So only suvs vs suvs, like in the game.
What do you think about that?

yeah, it should be suv's vs. suv's and cars vs. cars.

I would go further:

RX7 vs RX7
350z vs 350z
Corsa vs Corsa
(...)

only duels with the same cars. Certain cars are so much loved, and others are way unpopular.

For example, in a Skyline vs Corolla duel, the Skyline has an advantage, because it is more popular.
