Alright, I'm to a point in the game where Rachel has sent me a SMS message saying she wants her car back, and to haul over to a car lot or she's going to put the word out on me, and no racing until she says so. I've gone to several car lots. Am I going to the wrong one? What do I do from here? I'm stuck.

That's because you were racing with World Map. You've done one of the races that appear when you get Rachels 350Z.

I'm not uskng her 350Z. I'm using the IS 300. Is it because I'm under a 6 star rating?

Well Unfortunately, I'm not using the PC version. I am playing the xbox version. So I doubt there's a bug fix that I can download if that is the case.

I really wish I could. However, I don't have any races other than the outrun. And I'm only 44% complete, so I'm sure I don't have all the races finished.

Go to the World Map if you can't find anymore races.

Done deal, and there aren't any. I've been tryin for DAYS to find hidden races and whatnot too. I can't find any.

Hmm, not even a single event in the whole city?? If so, you'll have to find it in the World Map. What stage are you at right now?

it appears as though I'm on stage for. Showing 113.3 average reputation per race on stage 4.

Hmm, stage 4 but 44%, way different from mine which is 62%... OK, once I had the same situation as yours too. Here's what I did...

Went to World Map
Scroll edthrough all the Stages until the current stage that I am on and find incomplete races. Usually you cannot move on because some races in Stage 1 - 3 (in your scenario 'cos you're in stage 4) are incomplete. So scroll through your World Map at each stage and find incomplete races.
aced all the incomplete events from World Map
Increased Car Reputation to get on DVD & Magazine covers so I could proceed to next stage.
Moved on to Stage x

She wants her car back.. YES! Because she thinks that you have her car, because you have done the races that appeared when you had her car... It's just a stupid bug.

You still don't understand? That's not the point! When you had her car, 2 races appeared.. Now you've got your own car, and done those races in World Map that appeared when you had the 350Z! Now she thinks you have her car, but you don't, because it's just a stupid bug!

In the beginning, dont race! just follow her instructions! NO RACES, or you'll get bug, when you have your own car, go race!

I don't want to throw a spaniel in the works (I like animals!), but every time I've played Career mode I've done all the races available while I had Rachael's car, then dumped it off at the car lot and bought my own. I've NEVER encountered this bug.

Just race the map until it is clear with Rachael's car, THEN return it to her - ignore her until then - it works for me (PC Version).
