you can resize it in a program like Photo Shop or Paint Shop. i forgot what the dimensions size can be, but i think its writtten under the test section.

You can make animated sigs with Macromedia Fireworks or Photoshop.

But it's not that easy.

Uhhh . . . probably. Just right-click on the file and then click Properties, and it will tell you what it is.
Or just post it up here and I will check it myself. And if you want I can make the sig for you.
