hi guys..really need step by step guide to install colin mcrae05 and half life 2 on pc.ay help is much appreciated thanx.

Assuming that you have the REAL VERSION of the game, it's dead simple.

Just put the CD into your CD drive, and the Autorun should start up the CD automatically.
Then you should see a little window that has INSTALL on it.
Just click on that, and then follow the prompts, and the game will install by itself.

If the Autorun doesn't work then open up My Computer and then double click on your CD drive. Then follow the above steps.

If you DON'T have the real version of the game, then GO AWAY!

Alcohol 120% may help you, depending on what kind of install you are talking about.

had no problems installing any Ea games.had instal cmr05 and half life2.had some problems with dll file why?l

Ok the info your givng us is a little vague....

Lets begin right from the start:

When you put the CD in the drive does it start loading, or does nothing happen?

If it does load, you should follow the on screen instructions.

If the installation actually does start, but stops at a random point, there should be an error message, you need to tell us what that is.

On the Half Life 2 question. I've had the same problem. Just restart your comp and try again. That should fix your problem.
