Ah!!!!!!
I didn´t know that cause I hate SUV (in game). You are rigth. You can put 15",16",17",18",19",20",22",24" or 26" in ANY car or SUV in carrer or customize section. Some can look ugly, uh?
Again: time consuming and trial and error. Try the way LNavi2001 explain.

Ok here is how you put the 22's, 23's, 24's or any other wheel size. Okay I recommend either backing up your favorite profile or create a new profile. Now what I did was I used the career mode but you can also use the customize mode in the main menu.
Step 1: To do this with the customize mode you need to delete every car that you have customized, this is why I recommend backing up your favorite profile untill you get use to Hex Editing. The reason I say delete all of your custom cars is because you need to know the exact location of the car your going to edit. Imagine that each car you customize is a number. The first car you create is number 1, the second car you create is number 2, and so on.
Step 2: Now go ahead and select any car you want to customize but don't do any customizing, just leave it stock.
Step 3: Now save the profile by returning to the main menu.
Step 4: Now return to your desktop. Locate the profile you just saved and make a copy of it, just leave it saying "copy of (whatever your profile is called)".
Step 5: Now return to your game and go back to the customize menu and select your car. This time all I want you to do is change the wheels.
Step 6: Now save your profile once again and then return to your desktop. This time I want you to open the original profile with the Hex Editor (preferably Hex Workshop) and then open the "copy" of that profile with the Hex Editor and arrange the 2 files like I did in my screen shot posted earlier. This way you can see both files on one screen.
Step 7: Now locate the tools menu at the top of the Hex Workshop. Locate "compare" and choose compare "original profile" to "copy of original profile". This will show you every difference between the 2 files.
Step 8: Now remember that the only difference is the wheels. Write down every number that appears different. I recommend that you do as I do. I write the numbers down as if they are sections. What I mean is there are 8 different 4 digit sections on one row. If you are using Hex Workshop then you will immediately see what I am talking about. Anyways write the differences down on a piece of paper.
Step 9: Then go back to the begining of the files and compare again. This time change the "original profile" to look just like the "copy of the original profile" but only do one section or row at time. Then save and return to the game.
Step 10: Load the "original profile" that you just edited and then bring up your custom car. If you edited the right section or row then you should notice that your car has different wheels than what you last put on it. If you don't notice different wheels then you need to go back to your desktop and continue editing, saving, returning to your game, loading your profile, and noticing any difference in your custom car.
Step 11: Now understand that once you find the location of the wheels of a "Customized" car (or career mode car). All you need to do is right that location down so you don't forget. Then you need to go back to the "customize" menu erase the car you just created and create a SUV with the wheels you want to use on it.
Step 12: Then save your profile. Go back to your desktop and open the "original profile" with the Hex Editor. Find the location that you just wrote down. The numbers in that/those locations represent the wheels you want to use so write those numbers down and go ahead and label them the exact name the game uses for them.
Step 13: Okay now go back in the game and erase the SUV. Customize any car you want to use, any way you want to customize it and remember to save your profile when your finished.
Step 14: Now return to your desktop and open the "original profile" with the Hex Editor. Find the location that you wrote down that represents the wheel locations.
Step 15: Now using the numbers representing the wheels from the SUV you want to use on your new car enter those numbers in place of the old ones. Save the file. Go back to your game and load your profile and then go to your customized car.

That is it! Your car should have the wheels you want on it. Once you master this process you can repeat the above in a matter of minutes. (as for me I can do it in under 5 minutes)

Hint: this process works with alot of different things in the game. Not only changing wheels! If you can think it then you can do it! PC's rule the game world!

Cool i did it, G35 with 22's!!!
Thanks alot LNavi2001!!!
I got some questions,

1. Is it possible to change the amount of the car's horse powers and torque?
Cause i noticed some thing like this when i hexed the savegame
look at the red ones - 0000 0000 4E6D 6B77 141F 1043 0100 0000 0100 0000 0200 0000 0000 0000 - and on the right side it showd this ....Nmkw...C................

2. Can i put the H2's stock wheels on another car?

3. U press H + dirctions 2 raise the car right? And if u go over 50kph the car returns to her original height, my quastion is, Can u change it to more then 50kph?

If u answer please say which question u r answering - THANKS ALOT

1. Yes, but as of right now I have not messed with this part much.
2 Yes, just repeat what you did with the 22's on your G35. Customize a H2 but don't change the wheels leave them stock and locate the wheels location with your Hex Editor.
3. I want to say yes but I am going to say maybe. As far as pressing H + directions that is yoru settings, mine are different. You just need to fool around with your Hex Editor a bit more. I also recommend using MemHack to edit this game. Last night I used Memhack to change the Drift race multiply. Instead of saying X1, X2, X3, X4, or X5 I locked it so it constantly said X100 even X1,000,000 but this proved to much. My score got so high that it started subtracting. LOL

After searching the forums, all I can find is THIS... Not sure if that's what you're looking for, 'cos that's the only link I can find.

I meant what is the max. measurement of rim size you can put in a car? I seen only 26" so far which is the biggest.

Open your savegame with winhex. Close to the bottom right corner is the name of the savegame. Change for the new one (maximun 7 characters). Also change the name in the folder of the savegame.
