Isn't that the XP's Silver theme? Don't get them wrong mate, Wallpaper isn't a theme. By looking at the image in your post I think you're trying to present your wallpaper because it seems to be nice.

I have modded my icons thanks to the AveDesk 1.2 utility. It is freeware.

Mess with it till you learn to use it. It is not difficult.

Taskbar: no program.

Instead of installing StyleXP (shiznit that mess all your computer) I patched the OS with the Neowin UXTheme Multi-Patcher.

You patch it and reboot your system. The you will be able to install .msstyle themes without any program, only by double clicking
