How are you guys gettin ur body kits/spoilers to fit

im usin PSP7 an when i resize the bumper/spoiler it all gets messed up, im quite good with paint shop pro, its how ive made my sig and avatars, and the only tool i can use to resize is "Deformation", any help? cheers

EDIT: Okay, i managed to do it, but i had to draw an extra bit on to the bumper..
Hope you like it, credits to Squale for Bumpers etc..

Save it as a .png instead of .jpg and the compression noise dissapears.
