I don't understand why people don't use Outlook for their e-mail. Just link it to the account that is provided by your ISP and . . . ta-da!
I use Outlook Express which is linked to my Ozemail e-mail account. It updates my e-mails every minute and it's dead easy to use.

1) Google has POP.
2) I'm sorry, but using outlook for email is just like using IE for internet browsing. There's plenty of superior email clients around, like the Mozilla Thunderbird.

Yup Thunderbird is from the same people who made the Firefox browser. And also the fact that Outlook is quite vulnerable to viruses trojans and stuff.
I personally use fastmail but I also have the gmail account. I had 4 invitations left for it but somehow they vanished.

Yeah, an invite is good. But once you get one, don't get pissed because all the usernames you want have all been used up...

Yes, but only Outlook Express and Outlook support webmail access to Hotmail accounts. I love my Firefox, but I won't be changing up to Thunderbird, because they will likely never be granted the license to Hotmail access from M$.
Erm.. before I install, what is it?

i first have Gmail notifier on my HDD as a small app but it was no good. it just didn't inform me when i got a new mail...this extension notifies you clearly...you can even choose a sound that starts playing when a new mail arrives.
anyways...still 50 invites left

Yeah, anybody got any invites left? I know I could use one.
But I don't want to place my email here for everybody to read, so if I need to PM anybody for it, just say the word
