crap....i can't get this shiznit working...WHY?!

i do just like the readme says...i can save it, import and save the .bin

but in game it's the old one?!?! what's the problem?!?

All those WRC vinyls look fantastic. How hard is it to use? I've got a bit of experience with Photoshop...cant remember if I've still got it installed?!

To clear this up for some VINYL = say, CUSTOM1; VINYL_MASK = CUSTOM1_MASK

ok, now, here are your steps to get it work in with help of PSP7:
1) EXPORT VINYL, EXPORT VINYL_MASK.
2) Modify VINYL. Save VINYL.
3) VINYL - Desaturate, Auto Contrast in psp. Now, you must Save AS - VINYL_MASK.

Open bin editor:
1) Import VINYL
2) Import VINYL_MASK
3) SAVE, close editor

RUN GAME.

For simplicity, try to mod the CUSTOM VINYLS. This way whatever color you put on the vinyl - it will be there, although you need to match the colors NFSU uses to the real colors (i.e. bright blue is red). Figure it out. To make a black color - make a white image only on the MASK!! And on the VINYL - nothing should appear. A mask is sort of what's underneath the vinyl. The mask should only in BLACK and WHITE colors.

If you experiment with vinyls that can be modified in colors during the game - you can mess something up - such as you will put a white color among the allowed GREEN/BLUE/RED - this will cause the game to crash when you try the vinyl. Even worse, if the car you were modifying, got saved as the last one you used, and has that particular vinyl installed, you won't even be able to access the CUSTOMIZE menu AT ALL!!! Production notes don't say that, but I know - i tried. So I hope these notes will help you a bit.

To whoever wanted to make 206 WRC - go ahead, there is the 01 and 02 version! Same with Ford.

i finaly successed to create vinly but everyone are creating wrc styling i think to do soething else but i have now problem whit stupid photoshop but i figured out another way to cretae i dont know now to create wrc or soething else

no i can't even use the program...when i try to import the modded .dds,it prompts saying IT'S OUT OF MEMORY! i've got 512mb ddrram, so it's not that shiznit...grr

i hate this..perhaps i'm not meant to be an amateur-vinyl-modifier..but, argh! i wanna try...

yeah Gussy, I feel for you. Sorry, I can't comment on memory, when I was building my computer last May, I bought 1GB of memory, and ever since don't remember any memory related problems with my machine. Try closing antivirus, firewall and other shiznit, just leave psp. May be that will help... and having the right plug ins and dll files, and psp version as well.

this is as close as i could get to making it work, i just want hexs all over the car, i got it in a unique, but the orig part didnt go away, then i replaced flame1 with the vinyl being blue hexs on a black background, then the mask being white hexs on a black background, then when i put the vinyl on it doesnt show up, nothing shows up, ill attach what i have, k that attachment didnt work ill upload to diff site hold on

Gussy i hade same problem whit memory when i was doing some picture for my frend than i re-instaled my windows & photoshop and now works fine i dont know are you wiling to reinstal windows but thats only my sugest. And if some1 knows where to download wrc decals or vinlys for 206 please let me know i find many of them for subaru and focus but 206 nowhere P.S. Gussy i have 256 ddr only and works to me
