please help! installing custom vinyls from website

i have done eveything it says in here that i have found, i have got the util bintex and i read the readme. but all i want to do is install the custom vinyls from this website, can someone please help me. i havn't been able to find anywhere how to do it. i have opened the texture.bin file which i think is the right one but what do i do? i have downloaded the vwgolf dakar vinyl.

open up VINYL bin file using the Editor tool for VW GOLF (located in NFSU directory under CARS/GOLF). Then Find the right vinyls (there would be 3 of them), and do IMPORT and replace it with the ones I made. Click Save, start the game and then go and use those vinyls (it says in README which type of vinyls)... BTW, you got to understand, that if you still haven't unlocked some vinyls, than obviously you can't use the mod!! I hope everyone realizes this small point.

yeah thanks i feel so stupid i was opening the textures.bin not the individual cars vinyl.bin

But I may one day pull any useful comments and posted it under some help forum. we'll see, may be this weekend or smth.. Got more cars out for download now, check 'em out.

i have a downloaded vinyl and bintex i have downloaded for the skyline import the files with bintex but it don't come in

and i have saved the file after the import but it don't works
