Yeah ask your questions in here or in the "Tech Talk" thread in the cars section.

When you install the supercharger, and then do the NA tune up, it craps the supercharger, leaving you only with the tune up.

So you can only use one.

I was just wondering why the 'Delorean' is under the year 2004 :?
Isn't it an 80's car??

Because there's a new company that's taken on the Delorian Motor Company name and services the cars as well as rebuilding/restoring old ones. They also build up cars-
The “Stage II” phase of our engine program is available now in two separate forms:

• Modifications performed to your good condition stock motor (generally 50,000 miles or less), for cars equipped with manual or automatic transmissions

• Complete replacement of your motor with one of our new, performance enhanced crate motors.

In either case, this work is only done at our, Texas facility and parts are not available separately or in “kit” form. The price for us to perform the modifications to your engine, including parts and labor, is $5250.00. If you desire to have these modifications performed on a new “crate” motor and then have it installed in your DeLorean, the price is $6750.00. In either case, any other repairs/part replacements not normally associated with the engine upgrade process will be additional.
^one of these is what GT4 has. It's a tuner car so it gets labeled as the year it was tuned, not the year it was manufactured.

I finally managed to get myself the EVO VIII MR I was dreaming about. Now it seems I have the option of buying perfomance upgrades from street racing brands as well as the usual manufacturer, Mitsubishi in my case. So whats the difference? The price seems to be the same for their products so what about the performance? Will a turbo from HKS be better/worse than the same from Mitsubishi's tuning shop?

well. NFSU2 is complete trash. its all about the visual aspect in the game. not even the real tuning part of it. but if youre looking for a fun game this might not be it. cause sometimes races take 20 minutes ranging to hours. so i dunno i like it but i dont like NFSU2 at all

2 Things.
At the moment, im half way through the gt world championship (using the CLK AMG GTR), and i cannot take any pictures until i have finished.

And i'm back at school, so the teachers are flogging me with crap-loads of homework, and i never get much free time anymore.

As soon as ive finished these, i am taking HEAPS of cool photo's to fill up some of the emptyness of this room 8)

Edit: Oops! I thought I was posting in the 'GT photo' room

Well my GT4 has come to an end now.
I got the Extreme events left and manufacturers car events to run and a few tons of european events and a whole bunch of rally events.

Rally got too boring with all the cheating and the need for so much HP and straights that I lost interrest.
Though 2 player rally events will ALLWAYS be fun, sad part is that you get so few tracks and not the really funny ones...
Ice Arena is boring, the Chameux or whatever its name was is awesome, you get enough room to work on and the corners feels natural.

As for Photo's, I got a few crazy ones, Viper GTS on snow anyone?
Never let the B spec driver try an RWD car in rally, he sucks with it, because he treats it like a 4WD = SPINOUT!

Penalties got me very angry this weekend in rally though, the AI rams me on the start and I got nowhere to dodge him, he rams me and guess who gets the penalty?
If it was fair it should been him, but they penalize the victim, ME!
But I had a lot of fun events too, to mention the manufacturers events, sliding around the track with non cheaters is more fun than racing boring super cheating cars like the Audi R8 for an example.
I hope they add a race creator for GT5, where you can choose cars to race and their power, track, laps, weather conditions and tires and setup.
Generally every aspect and create your own race for fun...

I just got it and I have to say, taking a 600hp R34 (which I have a picture of) to the Sunday cup in B-Spec mode is GREAT!

But, honestly, I like the more realistic speed effects of hitting walls and powersliding. The body roll is much more realistic also (nose pitch when braking or accelerating). All-in-all, awesome, considering I am maybe 2 hrs. into the game.

PS: Don't take a stock Volvo station wagon on a rally track against a Lotus Elise.

I belive that 2 of the special black cars are in the early 90's used car lot and the other two are in the late 90's used car lot. You'll need about 8-9 mill.to get all four of them.

@jacoja06:
Yeah I am sure I didn't race you ;) hehehe
Well I need to find a super rally car to use now, my Impreza is dying off in effectiveness the higher up I get, wish I could take my F1 car out in the bushes ;)

And yeah those black cars are sweet, I bought a black 787B sad part is it performs lower than the normal colored cars you buy because they have so much mileage on them.
But they are sweeter in looks, I am currently waiting for the next round of these cars so I am saving up on cash... Robbing the german touring bank ;) (German touring car championship race for the fast Mercedes)
They cost around the million to 2 million each depending on type.

Sadly the Skyline is low on power once again... I mean in GT3 you got it more realistically up to 1000 HP, now you can forget looking at that number...
Sadly, maybe GT5 will have it, but there it will not matter anymore ;) You get something more fun to play with... DAMAGE!
