You know i drove the honda S2000. it's a beast on wheels.
the engine is getting his full power at 6000 RPM and proceeds to 9000 RPM !!!!!!!!!!!!
Ãt's one of the best engine's out there.
i'm still waiting to do a test drive with the 350z but it's worth waiting for it.
the design is just perfect and i would chose it if i had to chose between a audi TT and 350z.
no contest, really, the 350z is outclassed by Honda.
Besides, Nissan is a six, and Honda has the best four pot in the world! 350Z for a show, S2000 for a PRO!

I think that the Honda is much better than the 350z. but on styling I like the 350z more.
I heard that the honda will be a collectors item!!!!!!!
and I don't know how they got so much horsepower out that engine (2.0 4 cilinder).
when the BMW M3 e 30 came out it had 220 hp (2.0 4 cilinder) no turbo's
but now with the honda it's 246 hp with no Turbo!!!!!
cool, I know the eg 1.6 vtec civic has the same power/litre ratio as the mclaren f1 lol. anyway, heres the stats for the 2001 S2000 and 2003 350Z:
S2000 350Z
0-60 | 5.5 | 5.4
0-100 | 13.9 | 13.6
bhp | 240bhp@8300rpm | 287@6200rpm
top speed | 140mph | 156
quarter mile | [email protected] | 13.95@102mph
So the 350Z is the better on paper, but the S200 only weighs 2755lbs while the 350Z weighs 3150lbs, so round a track it could be a different story. Anyway, when ive found a suitably modified £50z, ill post some pics of the two cars.
*sig removed for being too big. limitations are 550x120px & 50kb*
I don't know how they got that engine making so much RPM's but you know the mazda Rx-8?? due to his rotary engine it can make also 9.000 RPM's!!!!!!!!!
with all do respect, 350Z can't be any porshe replica. Where did you get that from? Just cuz it's a coupe? 350Z is a much better car in life, don't judge it by nfsu! V6 & smth like 350hp - that's not to be making fun off!
Here in America.... lots of people are grabbing the 350z's. I personally like the H2k better. I rode in a 350z after my dad had got done fixing it, it was very nice and very fast. The interior is really sleek looking but there's just something about the 350 that makes it slightly unattractive. The body of it seems very squarish to me and doesn't look like it would be very aerodynamic(spelling?) at high speeds. If you looking to buy, go with the S2000
I heard this about 350Z - from many magazine reviews - it's very uncomfortable car to go long distances. VERY. So who knows... But I agree that it goes against TT and looks are somewhat a bit similar, in a roof line mainly.
But the prototype for 350Z were shown around the same time as TT was released, even earlier. So I doubt they ripped off any design ques.
And stretched Beetle - I shiver when someone mentiones it next to TT. I drove TT more than once, and it's an EXCELLENT car in 1.8T with 180 or 225hp. It's a great car. I love it. Not as much as A4 Avant, or even the Sport Quattro, but still, it's a very slick car. Beetle is a piece of marketing shiznit. TT is a nice car. I don't care what others say, I'd buy it if I didn't need the practical side (spacious boot for my Scuba Gear and bike, and also for work).
Im not saying it is a bad car... the Audi... but here in Holland it's use by the typical wannebe rich guys who think they are fast but are not... and a lot of granpa's use it so they feel young again.... and if they would drive like they are young I could life with that... it's pure torure for those cars...
(btw UrQ was just fooling with you... checking your reaction)
yeah, i know. the stereotype is there. but i guess when it comes down to driving it, TT will sort the posers from drivers. Remeber all the fuss how the car was getting unstable at high speeds and AUDI fitted a spoiler (which IMO ruins the car's look)? Well, my friend who works for Audi importer back than told me what a load of crap all that was, and we drove the TT pretty fast, it was fine. Just people who don't know how to drive started driving it very agressevely, and couldn't handle it. This is just proving the point that the people who bought the TT were often mediocre drivers.
I like the 350Z way better than the s2000. I think the little honda looks like a BMW z3 rip-off. The 350z's 6-cyl defnitiveley trumps the honda's weak 4-cyl. The 350z is also more of a coupe than the s2000.
