I'd love to have the function like NFS: HS, where we could take out the game CD and insert our own music CD. That'll be great! Image

This is purely subjective. Most people these days seem to like R&B and rap, but I just turn the music off and put my stereo on!

Hey, for what it's worth, rock is still narrowly beating rap in the poll on this board. As I said earlier, the balance between rock, rap, and techno is decent, and given that you could turn specific songs on and off, worked well to appeal to almost all people. As long as they get some decent rock (stuff that's relatively hard, and fast-paced), I'm happy. But, yup, if nothing else, there's always external sources for the music.

There was one nifty little feature on Midtwon Madness, where (as some people have already mentioned) you insert your own music CD. But what Midtown Madness did was make it like a CD player in your car, which came up on your HUD. So you can go round driving, and skip tracks, forward, rewind, pause, etc just like a proper CD Player you find in a car. I think this would be a cool feature for a game, plus you can also make it that you can upgrade you stereo player, in the speciality shop..... now how about that....

The song was almost nothing they edited a lot of stuff out(of course bad content in that song tsk tsk :? )

anyways i'd like them to have more industrial techno trancy songs that's kinda what import racing is about along with rap (which they need better songs of gees..almost makes me cry there friggen horrible 0.o)

it'd be really cool if they had that CD player feature on Most Wanted. And being able to go to specialty shops, not only add a sound system, but also better CD player...

ill probably buy MW on xbox and make all the songs custom and add ALL HEAVY METAL bands, like metallica, mudvayne, slipknot, rob zombie, prodigy (theyre like a metal techno band), and others and thats what ill listen to.

Techno

Post by Chuck0408 »

well to be honest the music they use is mostly rap...... and if you ever pay attention to real racing\shows they look for something that uses your whole sound system and in each tune. You gotta put more electronic techno bass. I've been around with nfs games ever since the first one but the whole thing of which kind of music is really opinionated. I say find a way to put the memory card into a comp and the ps2 or ps3 will read the memory card what you like and the defaults in the game, while playing the game at the same time.

I would like to see an audio editor. Any other way simply won't work. Get your music in the game, end of story...
