How to get more bank?

Hi I'm new here. So I'm like 57% done and completed all stage 1, 2 and 3 races. In order to continue is to get 6 stars and I got 15, 20 or something. Problem is that I only got 84 bank at the moment and I have no idea how to fill it up. There's no outrun dudes in sight, no races and the enter race restart win go back to exploration mode doesn't seem to work either.

Any tips?

and find the NFSU2 Bank Modifier

I wouldn't have made this thread if I had it on PC. I got it on ps2.

if you dont mind cheating, there's a cheat to get $1,000. Its Left, Left, Right, Square, Square, Right, L1, R1.
