i was at my sister's prom yesterday...it sucked to the extreme
edit: i'll get my digi cam soon. it'll be either a Canon PowerShot A95 or a Canon PowerShot S1 IS (depends on how much it'll cost). i'll probablly buy it in Austria...things there are at least 20% cheaper than here.

Was it one of those ones, where the girls were in <-----that side of the room, and the guys are in -----> that side of the room ?

ok, i have a slight english problem here.
"get use to it."
i think it should remain as it is. whereas my friend says that the word "use" is wrong and that it should be "used"
so his version of the sentence is:
"get used to it."
who is right?

i would go for "get use to it" as the word "used" implies past tense, and "use" is present tense. So if the sentence is to describe getting use to something in the present or future, as in "I will have to get use to it some day".... or if the sentence is "i've already gotten used to it", then it will be past tense
though i may be completly wrong

Have a look in general duscussion.
There is about 6-7 pages of spam.
When a mod eventually gets here, the site will probably be closed for an hour or so.

Not really. Once I logged in to the site to find it in a mess, it took me around 5 min to delete all posts.
But (un)fortunatly I'm not online 24/7

admins and mods have a cool CP to edit just one category so you can delete the whole page of topics in a very short time

that's nothing. my ex school mate had a rotten egg in her bad. don't ask what she was doing with an egg in there. it stinked so bad.
