That's because it's a rendered model somebody made as an assigment of Hot Rod magazine.
The asked a guy named Kris Horton to make a new Camaro in 3D based on the info the magazine collected of Camaro fans, asking them what a new Camaro should look like. This is what he came up with. But as far AS I KNOW (so don't shoot me) the Camaro is no longer produced.
These 1 was also made by him

Yup, the Camaro (and it's Firebird twin) ceased production three years ago, which is a bit of a shame. As for the renderings, I've seen those before, and it looks good from certain angles, but crap from others. It's a little too bulbous in certain areas. I wouldn't mind seeing it as the basis for a new Camaro, provided it was perfectly excecuted. As far as I'm concerned, going for a retro look is a lazy way of designing a car. If you're going to do it, it better look perfect. That's why I'm indifferent to the design of the '05 Mustang. I'd rather not see any attempts at a new Camaro (should it be done) going in the same direction. Of course, I liked the '93-'97 Camaro Z28.

actually those are BMW rims. Some new BMW's come with 20 inch rims and all...
since i drive a firebird, i would love to see a new bodystyle for the camaro and firebird. but a different body style would show the uniqueness as it does still today.
I really dont have a dream car right now, but 1 comes to mind. a 1969 Chevy Camaro.. yea!! @_@
