Skyline_man: Yeah, I think that was the idea... They took it way over the edge just so people would understand this is just for fun... I've got a feeling they actually love the game (like most sane persons do) :)

More sales news: :)

GamesIndustry.biz reports that during the 9 days that has passed since the British release of SA, over 1 million copies have been sold. So this means, during the past 4 days, SA has sold more copies than VC did during the week... That's kinda nice :D

So this means SA is the fastest selling PS2 title, the first PS2 game to hit a million sold copies that fast, and the 4th largest PS2 title so far. And only 9 days have passed... SA might be the top selling game in UK history if this continues :)

also it means that it will sell 1 million copies of pc in 2 days in uk and all the world

NEWS! NEWS! NEWS! NEWS!!!!!

This has been a nice week for GTA San Andreas and its fans.

GTA SA were nominated for 5 different awards in the Video Game Awards 2004 in Los Angeles. They won 4 of them :D, all except "Designer of the year". This means they won these awards:
- Best Action Game
- Best Soundtrack
- Best performance by a human male: Samuel L. Jackson
- Game of the Year (yup, that's right) :D

But now to the really big stuff, the news we've all been waiting for, the dates for the PC and Xbox versions:
- North America: June 7th 2005
- Europe: June 10th 2005

A long wait, but not as long as I feared :D

Well, you were convinced they would release it in May, so we both missed the target... You came closer tho :P
But as I said (a number of times), I was hoping you were right, and I'm just happy I was wrong :D
