Yes you can go where ever you want whenever you want however you want.

You can't explore the whole map at first,you have to unclock the other two cities by doing missions.

Woah, Underground collided with GTA. I love the customizations done. Not overdone and enough for a simple, dstinct look. When are you able to customize your car in GTA?

You will be able to customize your car at any time in the game (I think). There should be a 'body shop' near the top left of the first city, but as the game progresses, you will be able to rice more cars as you go (and more body parts will become available).

put nitrous on the bullet(ford gt) or tourismo (ferrari f50) to FEEL the speed! it's awesome

the car is hard to handle bcs it's almost flying

actually the first time you get to mod your car is for a Mission, you have to pimp out a old "impala" with hydros and all and then you have a "ddr' type contest with this one guy that is dating CJ's Sister... why do i have such good memory of this? i just started to play it on X-Box... im waiting for a new gfx card hopefully if my dad says yes..
