shopspezial 1.0 error

i tried to put some new cars in some savegame i downloaded, (i tried in my own as well)
and i got this error message:

could anyone help me? couse i'd really can't understand german, and would like some new cars in my garage, thx very much

It's not an error message, it's a INFO message that says it has done a backup file with the name that comes after R383L.

But to be able to load the save that you added the cars to with Shopspezial, you have to fix it with Save Editor's "ChkSum" or the game will crash.
