Vinyls with pictures ?!

Hi, iÂ´m a newbie in this forum - treat me well

... i got a question about own vinyls.
Is it possible to add some pictures into some Vinyls ?
I would like to add a chick on my engine bonnet - is some like that possible anyway ? is it this impossible ?

I read that the vinyls are white and black as a dds file - i opened it.
One file was black / white ... and the other was black / colored ( green ) ... whatÂ´s up with this ?

Can i edit the uniqueÂ´s too ?

You have to edit unique vinyls if you want to use colors.

best unique to change is (whatever car you want)_CUSTOM36 and the mask. its the autozone unique. or number 9 if i remember right its the rose.

thatÂ´s very difficult ! I just edited the "autozone" unique - but thereÂ´s no pictures i added. Whats about the ARGB 8 Bit palette - i donÂ´t have this palette ... how many colors must this pictures have to ?

When im loading one Unique ...i think Unique 11 in game - the game crashes...i dont know why. Which is nr 11 ?

i think 11 is the lightning one. i'm not exactly sure. the ARGB you should use is 256 colors. the picture color amount dont matter. but make sure you change the mask too. just make the mask completely white for it to work.

Hm ok ... the 256 colors was the right one - i saved it like that.

I surely edited the mask too ...but i donÂ´t know, maybe there was a problem with the picture - maybe not the same edges of the graphic.

here the pics ...maybe there was something wrong with the white pic in the mask file...

btw: this is the original size of the picture - i use an smaler one !

The Girl is in color...the background is black ....which part has to be white in the mask ...only the girl or the background too ?!

the white part in the mask should be the picture of the girl just copy and paste as new image and color over the copied picture in white and the rest in black.

...call me stupid,

but i donÂ´t know how to whiten her exactly. ThatÂ´s very tricky to white it exactly the edges of the colored one. I made the background of the colored pic black ...so its transperant... the mask file is black too...but with the white girl ... but it down work.
On the car is just a "black shadow" of her.

btw: i know that sheÂ´s hot

guys help me out..i downloaded paintshop pro 8 but when i try to open the dds files it says the dds file isnt a valid win32 application...wats that?

i think you dont have a dds plugin and som ddl files. you shud read bintex "readme" there is links wheare you can download missing plugi or ddl
