NFSU2 all unlocker?

I already download nfsu2 unlocker,check inside folder found many file DemptD DVD and DemptD Magazine.My question is how to install this folder and use it?TQ

It's NOT fake, I've used it. You need to go to C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\local settings\application data\NFS Underground 2 and put the entire DeptD folder in there.
