What folder do I put the "no cd" file in?

I can't get the 1.3 version no cd file to work. What folder do I place the file into?

Don't ask these type of questions again. but you have to put the nocd file in the same folder as your speed.exe.

Just to let you know: noCD isn't illegal, if you own the game of course.
