adding parts to bmw

i found out that when you add objects on the bmw they appear, but under the car.now if anyone could fix that so they spawn on the right place it would be a great achievement.think about it, roof scoops on the bmw!?

is this for carbon? or mw? for mw there's no way to add parts, just rims, but for carbon, idk yet, im only 83% of game completed....

i dont think that you could add cusstom parts to the m3 gtr even in carbon !

Sigh.. S/he is talking about Carbon, BMW can be gotten back to Career on NFSC. Some proofs.

I took those pictures and I have also created already NFSC savegame, where you can drive BMW from the beginning, you though need trainer to unlock it. I have also now Audi Lemans Quatro on my Career carage.

BMW is just so limited in the tuning, these are what you can and can't do with it.

Good

- BMW is recognized by police ("suspect is driving silver BMW")
- color can be exchanged
- rims can be exchanged
- spoiler can be added (NOTE! _ADDED!_)
- rims color can be exchanged (when exchanged rims)
- window tint can be exchanged

Bad

- autosculpting doesn't work (you can add autosculptable rims only and as. them)
- vinyl can't be removed and others can't be added
- performance is at max so there isn't any new
- game crashes when going too far on autosculpt menu (aka onward on rims)
- when added altermarket spoiler it gots "fused" with bodys meshed spoiler, this means you'ce got then two spoilers, both non-editable

You can download my savegame from Filefront.com on my account (if that link doesn't work, then use this : my account on filefront, has only that savegame.) I tried to ad this savegame here, NFSUnlimited, but for some reason it wasn't possible. And I'm now working on NFSC BMW fully tunable project with some people, anyone who thinks that they can help, are mostly welcome.

We have now gotten unspoilered BMW M3 but I need to find a way to add it to MW and test it and then ad it to NFSC. And please people, do not start asking about "when project will be ready and so on, I'll inform when it is ready and so on.

Yes, your savegame works perfectly, only when I try to change cars in safehouse menu the BMW is not there, only Mazda RX8. Can you tell me how to get the BMW there?

As I mentioned in readme.txt, that you need to have trainer on all the time, if you haven't unlocked BMW normally. In MW cars just went to "locked up" but in C they go invisible and come back after unlocking them. So if you want to keep BMW without using a trainer, unlock it normally or keep driving with it all the time and do NOT exchange it to any car, don't even look for other cars.

The car can be lowered also, all cars can be lowered even the dump truck

Fantastic!. Thank you so much mate (and whoever else is working on this project with you). Keep up the good work. It's people like you guys, that convinced me to buy Carbon on the PC. Because i know that talented people are always keeping the communities going, by doing this sort of thing. You guys might just rescue NFSC.

Excellent matey, and thanks! I'd already completed the game, twice, and had used trainers to unnlock all cars, but these save games are excellent. cheers
