Remove displayed city part text?

Is it possible to remove the text that appears on the screen when you drive in to different city parts? It's so dam annoying and blocks the view totally so you don't see meeting cars.

It's probably possible, you will have to edit those files in the NFS folder.

What program can i use to open those .bin files ?

No idea >_<. But there should be some bin editor.
