Alright, this is where rate the signature above ours on a scale of 1-10.

10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.

And please remember to state a reason why you gave the rating you did.

And make a text with some suggestions!

There are rules to this; just so this doesn't get... -LOCKED.-

Creativity: 4 - Nothing unique or interesting.
Appearance: 7 - Good use of colours and screenshots. Good layout.
Difficulty: 3 - Doesn't seem like you created much except for putting the screenshots together.

Overall: 5.66

P.S. using hazmats three step rating is a good way to spread your votes and also suggest improvements in the right area.

The blending of the character into the other effects (ligtning on one side and grunge/fractal brushing on the other side) gives it a nice effect. As well as the scanlines over the top of it. Nice touch.

If you want to do something with a signature like that, I'd suggest using a different background by using both of the flags as the base for the signature and have one 'bleed' into the other, and then place the crest (hope that's what it is) in the middle, top and position your name underneath. Try to also get a bit better of quality flag pictures also as even their quality can make a decent signature look shabby.

Sorry if this is too harsh a marking, but it's what I think anyhow.
