trouble installing trainer, editor

i cant get the trainer by gnagna2000 to work. I winzipped it and i dont no what do do next. Someone please help !!

With the game running, Alt+Tab to the desktop. Now run the trainer. Pressing F1 will bring up an explanation of the options.

i think gnagna2000 made another unlocker trainer for 1.3 verison, you can find it at cheathappens... too bad it's not downloadable, yet.

Search google for her name. The 1.3 unlocker has been online on her website for ages.
