Can't upload car?

I can't upload a perfectly good shot of a Lotus Europa. It's below 500kb, yet it keeps saying:
"Error: problem with the upload"

Anybody know what's going on, or am i doing anything wrong or what??

It was okay again, but now it's the same!
EVERY friggin time i finish a car or a pressed car this s*** happens goddamnit
