How can I get a different car in Carbon?

Okay, I have beaten Kenji, Angie, and wolf, and the only three races I have yet to complete are as follows: the boss race, with Darius, the canyon duel with Wolf (In his lamborghini) and a minor race that I lost to a minor gang.

As soon as I bet Angie in her Challenger concept, I blew all the money I had saved up and bought the Challenger, and added ALL the upgrades i had. Yes, I know, foolish. I was too excited. Turns out, I hated how it drove.

I only have 30-40 thousand dollars left and thats my only car. Could someone please give advice to get more money so I can buy a different car? Ideally, I'd like to buy the mitsubishi lancer.

Other than using a cheat/save game editor (which can be found in the utils section) all you can do is re-race... A LOT...
