I need to unlock all cars... cheats?

So, I bought the game, can't really care for playing it through all the levels as I simply dont have time.

Is there a savegame available or some cheat which unlocks all cars? I am after BMWs...

Appreciate all the help. Search didnt find me much on the forum, but point it out to me if I didnt search hard enough with a link!

unlockallthings (as long as you don't have the booster pack installed)
