Configuration is incorrect....

So I've searched all over the interwebs looking for information on a way to get the 1.1 patch working when receiving this error, yes I've searched these forums. I have the US Digital Download version, I've downloaded the patch for this version from two different websites, I get the error every time I try to play after patching. I cannot think of what could be causing this problem. Maybe someone can help.
