The secret car announced a while ago in the Tri-city Gazette has been revealed by Speedhunters to be the Need for Speed edition Shelby Terlingua Mustang.

Or Ferrarri has an exclusive with Forza, just like Porsche has an exclusive license with NFS.

The only publisher that has the Ferrari exclusivity is blimey! (with there ferrari project game that looks like will never see the light of day).
In saying that, there have been other games which feature ferrari's in them including the upcomming GT5 as well as the mentioned forza. Porsches have also been used in other games such as GRID so sayin something is exclusive seems to be EAs way of sayin were too lazy to approach that manufacture.
