Sexy car and engine, but ugly bodykit. *sigh*
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
I'm really starting to wonder.. With all these cars available in the game, will they actually be unlockable? I don't want to have to hack my way through the game just to use them cars..
Irritates the heck outta me to have to go through such measures when we've already paid for what we're supposed to be getting.

Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
But its part of the fun!!! If all the cars were unlocked at the beginning, it wouldn't be that much fun to process through the game. Unlockables are kinda like a sort of reward that you earn when you do something special, and you would feel happier if you get new things as you process the game.Andre_online wrote:I'm really starting to wonder.. Isn't that the rule of the game, though; to earn your cars? Kinda takes the fun out of the game if all cars were unlockable from the start. You can find a MAX Memory CD, though; saves me the trouble with the two Underground games.Andre_online wrote:I'm really starting to wonder.. Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
The video is a bit iffy. There was a point (about 19 sec) in the video were the entire body kit was touching the road (almost like the car had no wheels. Don't know if any body else saw this. This is the only video were I have seen this
Speeding along minding my own business...

Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
I don't think you guys fully understood my statement. Of course I'd want to unlock cars when I've achieved what I'm required to achieve. What I meant to say was that cars such as the Honda S2000 in ProStreet and Infinity G35 in Carbon requires hacking to gain access to the cars, no matter how much you have completed your game.death reaper wrote:Zonda_Z wrote:But its part of the fun!!! When I pay for a game, I want everything to be smooth and that every single thing that was being promoted will be available as I progress with the game, and NOT go into such measures like Hex editing. It's nonsense and utterly confusing to use as well.
I don't want this happening in Undercover.

"Dodge Viper SRT-10 the Snake-Bite in Need For Speed, I liked the Viper RT/10 before, & I like this One, too!"
Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
Man, EA really has a bad taste for bodykits. That's ugly ... I hope that at least they will put one that will actually fit the car... not those things. EA, if you want to put ugly and gigantic bodykits, do it, just let us autosculpt the stock one... it will be way better.
Anyway, it's great to have the Viper . I loved that car since I used it on Most Wanted demo haha .

Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
it just so happens that yesterday i was playing prostreet and was trying to find a body kit to put on my viper.. i remember looking at the widebody that was given..
and when i look at the one in this video.. they are EXACTLY the same
ea, PLEASE to NOT give us the same body kits as prostreet.
they are TERRIBLE looking.
i might have to stick to just exotics and muscle cars in undercover so that i dont need to put the ugly body kits on...

Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
I only have one comment about this: ugly.
I hope that this is not indicative of the other body kits.

Officially you had to by the cars as a DLC, and not hex edit itAndre_online wrote: I don't think you guys fully understood my statement. But it annoys me also, DLC should be something that is completely new after the game is released, and should not be added to the game before release and with a patch you have to pay for be unlocked, like in ProStreet (can't remember Carbon having cars that could not be unlocked (apart from the Collectors edition cars if you didn't have the CI version)
Re: Today's Car: '06 Dodge Viper SRT10
It's because of body kits like this that I feel relatively safe in saying that major aftermarket visual overhauls are dumb. The designers of the original cars were highly paid professionals who knew what made cars look good. Any of this customization that changes the entire visual structure of the car is crap. If it's a minor change (like paint, window tint, and rims maybe) then it is easier to forgive.
Nice car, nice sound, bad new look.
