1) Place your camera on a stand or something.
2) Line it up with tv.
3) Adjust camera settings to your preference
4) Go into photo mode and move in-game camera to where you want it
5) Place one finger on digital camera's photo button
6) Place another finger on the button that takes a snapshot and uploads it to ea nation (eg X button on PS3)
7) Press step 6 button then step 5 button quickly in succesion.
You should now have the shot minus the photo mode text. If you ended up with the connecting to ea nation text on the screen close it and try again. Remember you have to be quick when pressing the buttons.
