Installing vinyls

I just want to know 2 things ...
1) I've downloaded some custom vinyls from some users and I don't know how can I make them available ...
2)How can I install Hood decals and Hood vinyls on custom hoods ?!
Plss help me ... I'me desperate ...

I've just seen one of Nirvana's photo's of his Skyline and he installed some hood vinyls on an upgrade hood ... I don't know what hood ... so ... it is possible ...
