Art competitions

This topic is 4 competitions involving Adobe Photoshop. It is a one-time (or maybe 2-time) use thread. After most of the comps are over, it is suggestedd that the thread be deleted or locked. (Note: this wasn;t posted in the photoshop art topic because this is photoshop competitions.Also, the original thread might've gotten 2 big.)

Anywayz, the 1st competition is going 2 start rite now. IN the U.S. (thatz where i am), the time is around 8:30 on Wednesday. The competition will continue until next Wednesday until 8:30. Seemz fair enough.

So, when u r finished wit your pic, post it and label it "Competition #1 Pic" or something to let every1 know its the pic 4 the competition. After the pics r all sent in, i will post a voting thread, and u guys can vote on who u think won. The poll will also be open 4 a week.

Good luck 2 everybody, and i hope your pics r good! (If not, then don't bother!) Here is the pic to modify. A simple Acura NSX. See if u can make it look nIce!

yea, uh, u still have like 6 days 2 post a pic. That pic u posted looks unfinished and curvy...And how come u still have that original red paint near the windows? so, i suggest u work on that NSX until THE END of the comp.

Can I ask why? And if I were u, i wouldn't keep that pic on the competition, cause evry1 else would BLOW PAST u.

I think it's a good idea if you don't have discussion on this thread, because otherwise it will become REALLY big.

Just post your pics, and leave comments in the voting thread, not here.
You could also ask a mod to delete these posts.

Just a suggestion.

hey i'd like to know what are the rules of your competition, as in only photoshop allowed or can we use third party generated elements together with ps... secondly do you want the background to be the same (for reference) or can we totally change it?

Let me see YOU do better... That paint is there because I like it that way. Got a problem with that?

@sparco: hmm, very, uh interesting is all i have 2 say.
@stereo: sorry, no offense meant when i said what i said. actually i couldn't do that much better myself, but i was just posting a tip.
@technoghost: it isn't actually MY comp. in the photoshop art topic, we were just playing around with the comp idea, it was like a joint effort kind of thing. and yes, u can change the background if u like. also, u HAVE 2 USE adobe photoshop!! (just go 2 google.com and type it in and you'll get a free trial version.)
@boganbusman: good idea. this post is only 2 post your pics. but, if u have questions on things RELATED TO the comp, then feel free 2 ask. but i dont think i'll have all the posts deleted.
Oh yeah, it doesn't say "Sparco's house" cause ^Sparco^ is Dani. (He changed frm dani350z to ^Sparco^.
I wont be posting any pics because i am the comp director or whatnot, and i have 2 be neutral. so, im not going 2 post a pic.

the reason i posted a "low-quality" pic was because i wanted 2 see if any of u could make it look better. thats the whole point of the comp...

Dani, why are you starting a new comp? This one hasn't finished yet!

Anyway, here is my entry. I haven't got photoshop so I used flash instead. Hope you don't mind.

(btw I wrote Honda because we don't get Acura here in Aus. Everything is just Honda)
