I and other members of GG decided to get down and dirty and make a proper nfsu 2 movie (scripted hollywood stylie).

it was hard work but worth it.

episode 1 of the scripted movie series is available for all now

MIDNIGHT RUNNERS ep1 (over 12 minutes)

this is due to go on movies.nfsunlimited.net but seems sp3aks been to busy scratching himself again and forgot about it

episode 2 is now complete and available but no point me posting that as it will make no sense unless youve seen the first 1.

episode 3 will be featuring nfsunlimited's "mike" as he requested an appearance

(so i hope hes ready *points at mike, filming begins soooon)

Personaly I think the movies are cool, but I'd like o see a tutorial for those of us delving in to making videos for the first time.

For example I want to know your techniques for camera angles. Do you use the replay mostly, do you use car cams, or is it a bit of both?

Also, are you using a LAN or is this from an online connection?

Lastly, did you use someting like Teamspeak for the voice audio?

no replay cams, its all filmed by me in my car

and its all done online to.

just long and slooww work making everyone do each scene over and over so i can get it from diff angles etc.

and yes teamspeak was used for voices.

sorry not at the mo, its only been available on the net 24 hours.

maybe in a few weeks it will appear on movies.nfsunlimited.net

nice 1 mike, i am beginning filming 2night, but wont need you and your "letthemguess" car until wednesday, for your "blahblah" race

.

be sure you have a few hours spare coz its a slow but rewarding process, and make sure you got a mic and teamspeak ready as it is a MUST once we are in the game ready to record.

signing up at gamersgen takes 10 secs (no email crap), and mirrors will be listed in the mr ep 2 thread as they are added.

or you can wait for sp3ak to return
