It is spelled tuning, not tunning!
Rule #2:
Tuning a ride means improving its performance, not making it worse!
Rule #3:
Adding decals, vinyls or neons is not tuning. Don't be a fool.
Rule #4:
The visual upgrades must never spoil the performance upgrades.
Rule #5:
Adding a rocket muffler tip dont make you the king of the road. The same for huge wings
Rule #6:
A good tuning operation needs time, effort and money. Say no to shoddy works.
Rule #7:
Every car in the world can be tuned.
Rule #8:
Use your care safely. Having a high performance ride doesnt mean you can't have an accident.
Rule #9:
Love your car over all the other things in the world.

Laugh at ricers (those who break one or more of the rules below)
