just 2 GB DDR RAM?? Why not go for the full blast and get a 3 GB board? mine only cost me $100...
Try getting a Lan Party mobo... if you want overclocking, they rock like nothing else... I got a Asus because i wanted stability... so, make your choice: overclocking vs. stability... then google for such mobos, and i'm sure u'll find some kick-a** ones

Totally ture for me. My neighbor has the same computer as mine but with a AMD. The same price for the same stuff. We have the same programs bascially and his runs a bit faster than mine. Im gonna get a AMD soon.
Grafics are something that has to do with the price you are willing to spend. SLI is the bestest thing right now. IMO. ATI is a very good company. MY 2 Cents....
