Hey I dont know how to do that save it's not working i don't know what I have to do to get it to my game please help!

Try this zip with two savegames instead. It includes a readme.txt to explain how to install, and the cars are already tuned and setup for online racing:

There are two files. STDTN is standard tuning, OK for world record runs and tournaments. TRBTN is turbo tuning, done by making multiple passes between turbo tune and dyno runs, for an extra 3.3% power. Most online players use turbo tuning.
